Pricing policy

All prices are indicated in € (Euros), VAT included.

Prices are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and the increase in prices decided by our suppliers. If price changes occur with our suppliers, prices may change without notice.

Promotions and discounts

Offers like ‘buy three and pay two’ are applicable only to the items that Fantasías Hop Madrid will select each time. That offer does not apply to items that are not discounted.

Fantasías Hop Madrid reserves the right to modify or cancel offers, promotions and discounts at any time and with immediate effect.

Clearance or discount items are available until stock is exhausted. If not differently specified, the discounted prices are applicable to the sizes and colors selected by Fantasías Hop, but not necessarily to the range or the entire line of items.

That summer's sale on clearance items applies to select models only and is valid while supplies last. Up to 50% discount will be applied to the items on sale. Offer does not include shipping costs and cannot be used in conjunction with customer discounts or other offers / promotions. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer at any time.

Payment

Payment can be made by card, cash, Pay pal, Amazon pay, cash on delivery or cash and bank transfer. For orders of more than 200 euros, it will also be possible to make the payment by bank transfer. In this case, the order will have to be made by phone or by email. For payments with transfer: the products will be sent as soon as it is paid in the Bank, our current account is registered in Spain. Fantasías Hop is not responsible and is not responsible for any commission due to the transaction.

Before ordering, make sure your credit or debit card is valid and funds are available.

All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. Using the Paypal method, the entire amount (including shipping costs) is charged at the time the order is confirmed, before shipment.

If an item or all items are not available when the order is processed, the item / order is automatically canceled and the costs will be credited to the same original bank card with which the order was placed.

Orders and availability of merchandise

To order without delivery cost, a minimum order of € 80 is required in the community of Madrid.

The order is subject to stock depletion. Temporarily unavailable items will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

Limited editions, such as small quantities, are not available in all sizes and colors. There are items that do not return in stock and therefore are permanently removed from the catalog.

In the event that some Return suits are not in our stock, these items will remain pending delivery until they are returned to our warehouse and can be delivered. In case you want to cancel an article, please contact Fantasías Hop. Otherwise, once the item is available, Fantasías Hop will send it to the customer. In the event that an item is out of stock, Fantasías Hop reserves the right to cancel it.

Shipping costs in Madrid.

Orders under € 50 shipping cost € 5.

Orders over € 50 shipping costs are € 2.50.

Orders over € 80 free shipping.

Delivery

Express delivery. It will be delivered in approximately 1 hour. (Minimum order € 50)

Normal Delivery May take 1 to 2 days.

The packages will be delivered with our own delivery service. The merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Madrid and it takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. To collect the delivered packages, a signature will be required. If nobody picks up the order and it cannot be delivered, you will receive a notification from WhatssApp. The package will be stored for 7 days and then return to the sender. The cast is available only in the community of Madrid.

Upon request by the client and only when the order has returned to our warehouses, Fantasías Hop will resend the merchandise that has not been received. By requesting that we send the order again, the customer authorizes Fantasías Hop to charge his bank card for new shipping costs.

Dance Shop Madrid does everything possible so that the packages leave the warehouse the same working day or the next day. In any case, it must be borne in mind that deliveries will not be made on weekends and national festivals.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be different from those mentioned. Our offices will be closed during the holidays.

We inform you that as a matter of reviewing and updating the inventory, the warehouse will not ship from 08/01/2020 to 08/30/2020. Orders placed during this time will be shipped from 09/04/2020. For more information, contact customer service at number 627 042 090.

Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, an extra cost is charged through our delivery and signature company for immediate delivery. Contact us before requesting this option.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
